At Jupitoo, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that we are unable to make an equal exchange/return of the wrong prescription glasses. If you have been purchasing for more than 30 days, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange service.

Customers will enjoy a 3-month warranty covering any possible material and workmanship defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence or improper glasses care.

If my glasses are damaged on arrival. what can I do?

We will take full responsibility for the DOA issue and we can send one for free or provide a full refund.

Please contact us immediately and provide us with your order number, box number and a picture of the damaged item. Just highlight the damaged part.

We will take full responsibility if we haven't strictly processed your glasses according to your order details: prescription, frame, and lens type.

I received glasses that missing parts or defects.

If you receive glasses with missing parts, please send us a photo with your order number. If your glasses are defective, please send us a defective product photo, order number.

Your Liability

The glasses frame is too big for me.

Figuring out the correct frame size is a common problem when buying glasses online. Simply measure the old appropriate glasses to confirm the frame size, and contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a discount code to purchase new products.

The glasses are good, but I don't think they fit my face shape.

If you don't like styles and colors, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a discount code to purchase new products. Just pay for shipping and price differences.

Wrong Prescription!

Failure to provide an accurate PD or prescription will void your eligibility for a return. However, we can do our best to provide you with some discounts for your next purchase to reduce your losses.

To exchange or refund, simply follow these simple steps:

1, Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with the original packaging intact.
2, All promotional items, including free gifts or bundle deals must be returned together.
3, When you return the product, please send us the tracking number, we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.

2, Due to the light, the different screen resolutions and the photo background, the color of the glasses frame may be different than what you see on the website.
3, The frame size printed on the temples is based on different standards from different factories. Please note that the actual size is in the description of each product page.
4, Hone try-on service is currently not available. We recommend that new customers purchase no more than 2 pairs for the first time.
